Tamil Nadu State Chess Association Workshop on DGT Boards
A workshop on the operation of DGT chess boards will be organized by Tamil Nadu State Chess Association, the first one at Kodaikanal on 19th August 2023 (SATURDAY) and the second at Trichy on 17th September, 2023 (SUNDAY). Interested IAs and FAs are requested to register with Tamil Nadu state Chess Association through their respective district associations. Senior National Arbiters will be based on the availability of seats.
The registration fee for the workshop is Rs.2000/- (two thousand only) and it has to be paid at the following account on or before 5th August 2023.
Those FAs who complete the workshop successfully are likely to be considered for the appointment as deputy chief arbiters for the forthcoming series of Tamil Nadu IM norm Closed Circuit tournaments, supported by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The series may start in October. There may be about 50 such tournaments and the appointed FAs will get an IA norm.
