Fifth seed Prasannaa S (6/6), with superior tie-break won the 1st SCA FIDE Rating Chess Tournament 2015 at Dr. MGR Janaki College of Arts and Science for Women, Chennai here today. Sharing the top spot at 6.0 points was third seed FIDE Master M Vinoth Kumar.
