Problem Solving Contest

Tamil Nadu State Chess Association will be organizing Chess Problem Solving Contest at Hall of Chess, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Periamet on 29.10.2017at 3.00 PM. The duration of the contest will be two hours from 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM. Six problems – 2 problems in Mate in two moves, 2 – problems in Mate in three-moves, 1 problem in helpmate in two-moves and 1 problem in endgame study will be given for solving. Prizes will be awarded for the top five solvers. Entry fee shall be Rs. 50/- per solver.

C.G.S.Narayanan, FIDE Master for Chess Composition, will be co-ordinating the event. Solvers are requested to be present by 2.45 PM to get apprised about the details of the contest.

Important: Solvers are requested to bring their own Chess sets without fail.
