FIDE FIDE Arbiter Seminar at Salem – 2019
from 13th to 15th December, 2019
As per the regulations of FIDE, it is mandatory for all FIDE Arbiter title seekers to attend the Arbiter Seminar conducted by the FIDE and to pass the examination. As requested by Tamil Nadu State Chess Association, AICF has allotted to conduct an FIDE Arbiter Seminar at Salem from 13th to 15th December, 2019 under the AICF Vision 2020 programme. Anybody who has basic knowledge about the game and duly recommended by the state chess association can appear for the Seminar.
Prof. R. Anantharam International Arbiter and International Arbiter Swapnil Bansod will conduct the Seminar. All those who are interested in attending the course are requested to send the filled application form attached and transfer the participation fee of Rs.3000/- to the following link: http://aicf.in/other-payments/ towards FIDE Fee, Exam fee and study Materials. Interested candidates are requested to send their duly filled entry form through the TNSCA so as to reach AICF on or before 5.00 PM on 5th December, 2019. Accommodation and lunch will be provided to all participants.
Applications have to be routed through the respective district chess association. As the number of seats is restricted, the applicants recommended by the district chess association alone will be considered. If the number of applications is large, the selection of the participants will be done, based on the merits and experience of the candidates by a committee. Hence the applicants are requested to mention their arbiter title, if any (National / state), the norms obtained in the tournaments and other tournament experiences.
Arrival & Registration : 13th December, 2019 before : 09:30 A.M.
Departure : 15th December, 2019 after : 19:00 hrs.
Seminar will be held at Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology, Poosaripatti, Omalur Road, Salem 636 305. (25 KMs from Salem Railway station on Salem – Bangalore Highway)
