With more requests pouring in from International Arbiters and FIDE Arbiters of Tamil Nadu to abreast themselves of the latest rules in Chess, it has been decided to admit International Arbiters and FIDE Arbiters also to the Refresher Course to be held at National Engineering College, Kovilpatti on Sunday 30th July.
All titled Arbiters of Tamil Nadu interested in participating are requested to send their application to TNSCA (with a copy to vranantharam@gmail.com) through their district association, with a payment of Rs.300/- as registration fee. Last date for the receipt of applications is 25th July, 2017.
