The Sakthi Group 31st Tamil Nadu IM Norm Closed Circuit Chess Tournaments phase III (31st to 40th) was inaugurated in a grand manner by Shri Irudayarajan Selvanathan, Asst. Commissioner of GST & Customs inaugurated the tournament and Dr. Manickam, President tamil Nadu State Chess Association presided, in the august presence of grandmaster RB Ramesh, Indian team coach for several Olympiads, WGM Aarthie Ramaswamy, former world under 18 champion and P Stephen Balasmy, General Secretary, TNSCA.
31st to 35th IM Norm circuit tournament will be held at Hotel Le Palace, Porur, Chennai and 36th to 40th IM Norm circuit tournament will be held at Hotel Alankar Grande, Coimbatore.
