37th Tamil Nadu State Under-11 Open and Girls Chess Championship 2025 was organised by Tiruvallur District Chess Association from 07.05.2025 to 11.05.2025 at Chennai.
In the open section 373 players participated and 213 players participated in the girls.
At the end of the final round, Master of Sarvesh E of Chennai won open championship with 8.5 points and Miss Srinika S of Chengalpattu won girls championship with 8.5 points.
