The 49th National Under – 15 Open & 40th National Under – 15 Girls Chess Championship 2024 was inaugurated in a grand manner at Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, Hosur, Krishnagiri by Thiru. D V Sundar, former Vice President, FIDE, Thiru. Murugavel B, Vice President, TNSCA, Thiru Stephen Balasamy P, General Secretary, TNSCA and other office bearers of TNSCA. Open section has 184 players and 161 players in Girls section. Championships will be held from 3rd to 11th November, 2024.
