AICF Arbiter Refresher Course for International Arbiters, FIDE Arbiters and Senior National Arbiters

(Except for International Arbiters with Classification of B and above)

It has been decided by AICF that Arbiter Refresher Course is mandatory for all the Arbiters for officiating in FIDE Rated events from 1st April 2018 except for International Arbiters with Classification of B or above. 

Arbiters are requested to attend the Refresher Course without fail. No request for waiver for officiating in FIDE Rated events will be entertained after 1st April 2018 for those who have not undergone the refresher course. 

Chettinad Public School, Karaikudi has come forward to host this Refresher Course on 10th & 11th February, 2018 (Saturday & Sunday). It is an opportunity for the titled arbiters to update their knowledge with the latest rules and regulations in the game of Chess.

Prof. Anatharam R, International Arbiter from Tamil Nadu and     Mr. Swapnil Bansod, International Arbiter from Maharastra will be handling the refresher course.

The fee for attending the Refresher Course is Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand Only). The Organising Committee will extend free boarding and lodging at the venue, necessary seminar materials and refreshments during the course.

Arrival and registration:   10th February, 2018 – 9.30 A.M.

Departure                    :     11th February, 2018 – 6.00 P.M.
